- Basic information ranging from how to use social media to networking with professionals via LinkedIn/Gmail.
- Food Skills
- Basic information ranging from knowing how to cook to shopping for groceries
- Employability Skills
- Basic information ranging from communication skills (public speaking) to utilizing Microsoft Office
- Use of Public Transportation
- Basic information ranging from managing the subway to being able to read train schedules
